Why this course?
If you're here, it's because you're anxious. I get it – I'm anxious too.
Aside from being a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), I've lived with anxiety my entire life. I know from personal experience how anxiety can limit your life.
In this mini-course, it’s time we finally do something about our anxiety. In a simple, step-by-step approach to easing anxiety we’re going to get to know about anxiety in general – and YOUR anxiety in particular.
Because anxiety shows up differently in all of us. Your anxiety is different than mine, which means that the plan to heal your anxiety is going to be different from the plan to heal mine. Our work together is to find the plan that works for you and then to put that plan to work!
—
I invite you to listen to the first module so I can begin sharing with you what I’ve learned over the years about how anxiety works, and then to offer you some of my favorite ways to help tackle our fears – together.
